May I ask for a refund?

For the GPS and any other online service we deliver, we have a simple and strict NO-REFUND policy in place, with no exceptions.

You can read it at the checkout before completing your purchase.

Any attempt of dispute, chargeback, or similar will automatically terminate your Clubshop Membership, and all your commissions, Tangicoin, and any other credit you may have are instantly forfeited. Commissions already paid must be returned to Clubshop as the right to earn them is not existing without the Partner status or a paid GPS regularly in place.

Proprofit Worldwide Ltd. reserves the right to bring any legal action against every person acting in a manner considered as infringing these Terms before the appropriate court.

• Some health and personal care items

IMPORTANT: any kind of chargeback, dispute, slandering, etc., will lead to the immediate termination of your Membership and Partner Status, the loss of your commissions, and any other benefit or privilege reserved to Clubshop Members.

In case of false statements and slandering perpetrated by anybody against the company to justify their chargeback request, our company will begin legal action, without warning, for a court order requiring injunctions, payment, and damages.
