How can I redeem my Cashback?
As a Clubshop Member, you earn Cashback on every purchase you make at any shop included in the Clubshop Mall.
We credit the Cashback as pending in your Tangicoin account as soon as we receive the notification of your purchase from the vendor.
Normally it only takes a few days or less. But, if you are still waiting to see Tangicoin credited after a couple of weeks, please fill in and send us the Missing Order Form.
Pending Tangicoin becomes payable once the vendor pays us the corresponding commission.
Some vendors confirm the transactions and pay the due commissions in just a few days, while others can take weeks or even months.
You can exchange your payable Tangicoin into USD directly from your Clubshop account.
Once you have accumulated at least $10 as payable, you can request to have it deposited into your account at:
- PayPal
- AdvCash
- Bitcoin
If you don’t own any of these accounts yet, we urge you to open an account right away then add it to your Clubshop Profile starting from here: Commissions Payment Preferences.
In countries where these options are not available you can receive them cash via services, like xe.com, Moneygram, etc.
IMPORTANT:
- If for any reason, the vendor doesn’t confirm or denies your transaction, the corresponding pending commission cannot become payable and will be forfeited.
- We always post the average Cashback percentage you can earn at every shop. But, as some shops offer different percentages depending on the product category, you could earn more or less cash back.
- Some vendors offer zero commissions on certain products. In that case, Clubshop can’t credit any cashback.
