I joined clubshop a few days ago so far I have earned some commission. Will I be able to withdraw my commission as soon as I confirm my GPS, or will I have to wait for all other Trial Partners to confirm theirs before I can withdraw my pending commission?

In your Trial Partner Control Center, we can read the following:

“Bear in mind:your commissions listed above go to the “Payable” column instantly, if you have already activated your GPS when your Trial Partners will activate theirs. Otherwise, if they confirm their GPS before you, the corresponding earnings will be forfeited.“

Or, also:

– “Receive Your Earnings! Each time your Trial Partners confirm their GPS just like you supposedly did too, we move the corresponding commissions from your Pending commission statement to your Payable Commissions statement and send it to you on your preferred account (PayPal, AdvCash, Perfect Money, Etc.)” –

So, you’re right in what you are asking: your commissions become payable each time one of your current or future Trial Partners will confirm their GPS too.

But, if they do it before you do it, they overtake you, and you will lose the corresponding commissions.
