Can I qualify as a Partner without subscribing any GPS?

Yes. If in a given month you have at least give Clubshop purchases generated by any shopper member who has been directly referred by you.

In that case, you qualify as a Partner for that same month, but you don’t have access to the GPS features as these are exclusively reserved to GPS subscirbers.
